Radiant Hope International was born out of a calling that could not be contained within the walls of a single local church.

It began with ROARR, a movement birthed from a prophetic conviction that God's people are being called to Redeem, Overcome, Awaken, Reveal, and Restore. It is a call to reclaim the dominion and authority that belongs to them in Christ. What started as a gathering became a movement, and Radiant Hope International was established to house it, steward it, and build everything that would grow from it.

There is a generation of believers, leaders, and glory carriers who are hungry. Those who carry the weight of God's presence and purpose are looking for deeper encounter, for practical equipping, for a community that takes both the Word of God and the realities of everyday life seriously. They are sitting in pews, leading ministries, raising families, and carrying assignments that feel too heavy and too important to navigate alone. Many of them are gifted. Many of them are anointed. But giftedness alone is not enough.

We believe your gift will make room for you and open doors, but it is fruit and godly character that will sustain you in the rooms your gift unlocked. Too many anointed people have watched their assignment collapse, not because the gift failed, but because the character beneath it was never developed. RHI exists to help gifted and anointed believers develop the fruit and character that anchors the gift without snuffing it out.

Radiant Hope International is a Christian nonprofit para-church ministry committed to strengthening the whole person and helping individuals, families, and communities build the capacity to live, serve, heal, relate, and flourish well. We are not a local church, but we exist to strengthen, support, and send the body of Christ, and we work alongside local churches and ministry leaders.

People do not grow in isolated parts. Spiritual life, emotional wellbeing, relationships, physical wellbeing, creativity, caregiving, personal capacity, and community connection all affect how people are able to carry what has been entrusted to them. For that reason, RHI serves through prayer, soul care, community gatherings, relational and emotional wellness initiatives, health and wellbeing opportunities, creative expression, caregiver support, family-centered activities, and other forms of community care. Some of our initiatives are explicitly faith-centered and ministry-based. Others serve the broader community through practical care, wellness, creativity, relationship-building, and supportive experiences, without requiring participants to engage in religious activity.

Today, RHI is home to ROARR, including the ROARR Conference and ROARR prayer gatherings, the Capacity Builders Network, and Restore, our developing community care and creative-expression initiative. Formal courses, structured training programs, memberships, and replay libraries are offered through Kingdom Capacity Institute.

Spiritual formation and practical equipping are not opposites. They are partners. The most effective carriers of the kingdom are those who have been built up on the inside and equipped for what they carry on the outside.
