FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Rev. Michaelia Daubon, MA
Vision & Strategic Formation
Michaelia Daubon is the founder and president of Radiant Hope International, carrying the vision and strategic oversight of the ministry from its inception. She is the author of Mended Yet Broken and Guardians of the Wells, the host of the 5 AM Capacity Builders Network, and the lead visionary behind the ROARR Conference: an annual gathering focused on soul care, spiritual warfare, identity, and kingdom assignment.
Michaelia's ministry is shaped by personal experience, navigating her own journey of inner healing, wholeness, and purpose, and by a conviction that the body of Christ deserves both spiritual depth and practical tools.
She co-leads Celestial Praise Church of God in Springfield, Massachusetts alongside her husband, Bishop Andrew Daubon.

A licensed minister with more than twenty years of healthcare administration and operations leadership, Rev. Alejandra has supervised front-office teams of more than twenty staff, managed practice operations, budgets, and payroll, and built a career on bringing order, efficiency, and excellence to complex environments, an expertise she brings directly to her role on the RHI board. She holds credentials from Springfield Technical Community College, Hartford Seminary, and the Church of God Ministerial Internship Program, and in 2012, co-founded Transform to Christ Ministries. Beyond her professional work, she serves as a volunteer chaplain and hospice bereavement volunteer. Her heart beats especially for women, and she is passionate about equipping, encouraging, and empowering them to reach their highest potential in Christ. Rev. Alejandra serves at Celestial Praise Church of God under the leadership of Bishop Andrew and Rev. Michaelia Daubon. She and her husband, Rev. A certified operating room nurse and nurse coach with decades of clinical experience, Lois brings a rare combination of medical expertise and pastoral depth to her role on the RHI board. Her presence reflects the ministry's conviction that spiritual wellness and physical wellbeing are inseparable.
She currently serves as a minister in her local church, co-leading the Ministers team and the Evangelism and Discipleship ministry alongside her husband, Rev. Gilbert Gordon, from her home in Florida.
At Radiant Hope International, leadership is not a title: it is stewardship. Each member of this board has been placed here with purpose, and together they carry the five pillars that hold this ministry upright: Vision. Spiritual Oversight. Community Engagement. Operational Stewardship. Whole-Person Care.
These are the women who show up, build, and carry the mission forward with excellence, faith, and joy. We are grateful for every one of them.
